Description

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Modelling and valuation: build and update valuation models and business plans for corporate finance and transactions (including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc).
  • Preparation of marketing documents
  • Preparation of client presentations, pitch books, information memorandums and data rooms
  • Internet and database research on various sectors and prospects
  • Preparation of financial analysis and business planning

  • Individuals in the penultimate year of their bachelor’s or master’s degree with a clear motivation to develop a career in investment banking
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong numerical ability and logical reasoning
