**Job Description**

The Mixer Operator is responsible for creating batches of material according to specific customer and company specifications. This role involves weighing materials, cleaning the mixing area, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the mixing process.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review the mixing schedule and produce batches as scheduled.
+ Inspect reconditioned drums before use according to specified guidelines.
+ Dump batches from mixers and communicate with the previous mixer operator regarding any irregularities or special instructions.
+ Produce standard production batches by following the Mixing Procedure.
+ Stop immediately and notify the Group Leader and QA if any abnormalities occur, such as suspect non-conforming raw material or equipment malfunctions.
+ Maintain proper identification on batches and complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
