An Aerospace company in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for a candidate to help lead the redesign and optimization of the analog/mixed-signal electronics for a MEMS based IMU built around micro resonating gyroscopes (MRG) and accelerometers. You will diagnose and eliminate electronics noise and drift in our prototype, stabilize performance across temperature, and meet unit performance targets βARW, bandwidth, turn-on bias, and in-run biasβacross the full operational range (temperature, vibration, shock). Working closely with the embedded/FPGA teams, you will drive root-cause analysis and a low-noise update of the entire signal chain (bias/drive, sense, AFE, references, ADC/DAC interfaces), lead bring-up and validation, and deliver stable, repeatable performance culminating in a production-ready electronics package.
