The YMCA of the East Bay is seeking a Mission Advancement Director to lead fundraising and institutional giving efforts that support Early Childhood Impact, Youth Development, and Healthy Communities.

Under the direction of the Chief Development & Marketing Officer, this role oversees annual giving, foundation and corporate grants, donor stewardship, external outreach, and volunteer engagement. The Mission Advancement Director serves as a key external representative, building strong relationships with funders, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to grow support for capital projects, operations, and programs.

The ideal candidate is a skilled fundraising professional with experience in annual campaigns, grant writing, donor relations, and cross-functional collaboration.
