Eligible candidates must be a licensed LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT in Utah or Oregon and be willing to obtain additional state licensure if required. Responsibilities Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples and families ages 13+. Deliver evidence‐based assessment and treatment planning, collaborate with clinical care teams to ensure continuity of care, and conduct short‐term counseling, crisis intervention, and motivational interviewing as needed. Required Qualifications Current, active, unencumbered independent State License as an LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT in Utah or Oregon.
