Description

Site Performance Manager is a subject matter expert for mining machine performance and customer relationship management. Managing key machine performance metrics and developing strategy to improve machine performance. Responsible for organizing and interpreting data in order to assist in customer mining equipment performance. Site Performance Manager participates in and leads continuous improvement initiatives at customer sites. Site Performance Manager communicates key performance metrics with both customers and CAT for mining equipment.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ Manage and implement general continuous improvement initiatives at customer mine sites.
+ Communicate with CAT on metrics, key issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.
+ Build relationships with key customers with goals of managing product performance.
