About The Role:

HME Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and operationally focused Fleet Operations Manager to lead and manage customer-facing mining operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective deployment, support, and performance of HME’s technology solutions on mine sites, while managing a team of field support professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mining engineering or operations, strong leadership skills, and experience managing both teams and customer relationships in fast-paced, high-impact environments. The role requires a combination of technical acumen, operational discipline, and strong communication—ideally in multiple languages.
