Key Responsibilities Conduct mining studies and technical evaluations for wet mining projects. Develop mine plans and designs using industry-standard software. Provide on-site support to clients to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of mining methodologies and technologies. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field. 10‑15 years of relevant experience in mining operations or project development. Proficient in mine planning and design software (e.g., Datamine or similar). Knowledge of dredging processes and technologies is a strong plus. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven with a hands‑on mindset.
