About the Role

As the appointed Site Senior Executive under Queensland legislation, you will provide visible leadership across safety, operational excellence, environmental performance, and workforce capability.

You will oversee all aspects of mining and tailings reprocessing operations, ensuring production objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and sustainability.

Operational Management

• Oversee mining activities including fleet management, haul road development, material reclamation, and ROM management
• Coordinate mining, processing, and maintenance activities to optimise production and recovery outcomes
• Monitor and improve fleet performance, resource utilisation, and operational efficiency
• Manage site infrastructure including roads, drainage, and mining facilities
