**Position Overview**

As a Front Line Supervisor – Field Operations, you will play a significant part in the success of Kiewit Mining Group by directly supervising day to day field operations, including direct supervision of crews of up to 30 personnel. We rely on our Front Line Supervisors to set the highest expectations among their crew for safety, quality, schedule, performance, and team development.

A strong technical and practical background in surface mining, heavy civil construction or related fields is required. Also, excellent communication skills, team development and the ability to work well in a team environment are considered critical to this position.
