Minimum Requirements Must reside in or near Paarl Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (essential) Proven experience working with food processing equipment Experience with butcher/meat processing machinery (advantageous) Strong background in preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs Ability to work independently with high levels of discipline Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure Willingness to work after hours and weekends when required Technical Skills & Experience
