This is a full-time, hourly level position.
**Position Summary:**
The plant processes wheat into flour and feed products. The process operates continuously and is staffed seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Perform operational duties in an industrial, wheat processing facility
+ Monitor various processing parameters and physically take readings from machinery in all parts of the plant hourly
+ Assess current operating conditions and make process adjustments as needed to keep critical product specifications
