The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior technical Advisor (STA) for the Assessment team of the Campaign, Integration, Assessments and Futures (CIAF) office within the N&NC J7 training, exercise and wargaming Directorate. Responsibilities Special Technical Advisor (STA) to the Chief, Campaign, Integration, Assessments, and Futures Office. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective J7 Directorate Assessment Framework processes and procedures. Plans, oversees, and orchestrates the Assessments activities of the Assessment Team. Conducts Strategic assessment of policy, process, and procedures development and reviews, and represents the N&NC J7 CIAF Office at meetings, conferences, symposia and site visits that relate to duties assigned.
