The MIG Welder will be responsible for performing basic welds on a daily basis, following blueprints to meet customer specifications. The role requires collaboration with production supervisors to achieve set goals. This position involves lifting up to 50lbs throughout the day and laying beads on steel and metal, commonly at a thickness of 3/8th of an inch. The job is within a construction fabrication setting, where each day presents new tasks.
