**Job Title:** MIG Welder

**Job Description**

**We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder** to perform high-quality welding and basic fabrication in a manufacturing environment. Experience in **structural or large equipment fabrication** is highly valued. Candidates with **at least 2 years of experience** in a manufacturing or similar environment are preferred.

**Responsibilities**

+ **Perform** MIG welding on various components, ensuring strong, clean, and accurate welds.
+ **Utilize** overhead cranes, hoists, and sit-down forklifts to move and transport heavy materials ranging from 2 to 20 feet in length.
+ **Carry out** work by reading and interpreting blueprints to meet precise dimensions and tolerances.
+ **Install** and assemble parts using fixtures and jigs for minor fabrication work.
+ **Collaborate** with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized work area through 6S duties.
