**What You’ll Do**

+ Weld plates to beams and columns for large structural steel assemblies used in major builds nationwide
+ Perform high-quality **MIG and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)** on rails, stairs, and structural components
+ Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings with accuracy
+ Measure and verify dimensions precisely using tape measures and layout tools
+ Follow full fabrication processes including cutting, fitting, welding, and prep for finishing
+ Inspect your work to ensure strong, clean welds that meet structural standards
