Our client, a busy and successful plaintiff firm in Houston, is seeking a mid-level to senior personal injury litigation associate. You will have 6-10 years of litigation experience, including handling client depositions and experts in catastrophic injury cases, as well as court appearances. 1st or 2nd chair jury trial experience is a huge plus. Compensation includes a solid base, with the kicker being that you will have skin in the game, with a percentage of settlements and verdicts on handled matters.
