SME Account Manager

We are looking for a SME Account Manager to oversee the relationships of Maxis with its Small Medium Enterprise (SME) clients in Klang Valley. The role involves obtaining and maintaining long‑term key customers by comprehending their requirements, building strong relationships with strategic customers, and identifying needs to promote Maxis solutions for mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate strategic and tactical plans for a larger market portfolio.
• Ensure KPIs and goals for the assigned accounts are met.
• Build market position in the assigned accounts by identifying potential business deals and maintaining close relationships with existing and new customers.
