Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a specialist team support a global banking client with close-out netting analysis and repo/securities lending master agreement documentation.

This role is suited to a lawyer who is confident with reviewing and analysis counterparty constitutional documents, master agreements and legal opinions. The right candidate is able to apply sound legal judgment across complex documentation and transaction scenarios. You will work closely with international stakeholders across EMEA and the US.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years’ post-admission experience in Banking & Finance, asset management, derivatives documentation or a closely related practice area.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and or negotiating banking documentation, incl. derivatives, repo and or securities lending master agreements or confirmations.
