THE WORK
As a member of our Industrial Engineering team, you’ll take on a critical role in optimizing production through manpower planning, capacity analysis, workflow and lead-time assessments, labor performance monitoring, and more. You’ll be responsible for developing standard data, justifying capital investments, conducting make-vs-buy studies, and analyzing learning curves to continuously enhance efficiency.
