Microwave (MW) Planning Engineer - L1

Job Description

• Hands‑on experience with transmission planning tools (Pathloss / iRiver)
• Ability to plan, design, and optimise transmission networks, including MW link level planning, radio frequency planning, capacity & topology planning, and interference analysis
• Ability to evaluate the existing network for capacity expansion
• Ability to verify technical site surveys and line‑of‑sight surveys
• To communicate with customers and to propose a suitable solution based on requirements
• Strong hands‑on experience with Telecom Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor equipment

Qualifications & Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Microwave Transmission Planning
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
