  • ERP Implementation: Take responsibility for the full customization, configuration, and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365, tailored to the specific needs of the IT consulting industry and global structures.

  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze, adjust, and continuously improve workflows and processes to leverage the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Finance, Project Operations, HR, and Sales, to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
