We are representing our client, a large IT solution provider, to look for an experienced MS Dynamics Consultant who will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation and Application Support & Maintenance (ASM) activities. The role involves functional analysis, system configuration, technical support, minor enhancements, and coordination with the development team to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvements.

• Gather and document business requirements for D365 customizations and enhancements
