About the Role

The Microsoft Core Infrastructure Operations Specialist is responsible for the operational management, governance and reliability of the organization’s Microsoft 365 platform and selected enterprise SaaS applications. The role ensures that collaboration, productivity, and integration services operate securely and efficiently through structured processes, lifecycle management, and adherence to security and compliance standards. The position serves as a central operational point of expertise for Microsoft 365 services as well as a defined set of smaller SaaS platforms, ensuring consistent governance, service hygiene, and user support across the application landscape.
