Micropile Driller

The Micropile Driller is responsible for safely drilling and installing micropile foundations in accordance with engineering specifications, project requirements, and Crux Subsurface procedures. This position operates specialized drilling equipment, completes required documentation, and supports field operations in remote and challenging environments. Crux Subsurface is signatory to the IBEW, and this position performs work under IBEW representation.

What You'll Do

• Perform drilling and installation of micropile foundations, including layout, setup, maintaining alignment, and installing materials per specifications.
• Operate track-, truck-, barge-, or helicopter-portable drill rigs and support grout plant operations.
• Conduct or assist with micropile testing and install caps according to engineering requirements.
