We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and mentor a team of talented Software Engineers, supporting their execution, growth, and career development
+ Gather and drive clarity on software requirements from diverse groups including customers, application engineers, hardware, and firmware engineers 
+ Provide technical leadership and contribute hands‑on when needed to offload the team
+ Drive execution, resource planning, and prioritization in a fast-paced and evolving environment
+ Remove blockers, improve processes, and champion the team across the organization

Qualifications

+ 10 years of software engineering work experience, including 2+ years of experience managing a team
+ BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
