JOB TITLE: Sales Manager

DEPARTMENT: China Telecom Sales

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:

REPORT TO: Sales Director

Role Summary
Looking for a proactive and technically strong Sales Manager to drive Molex’s business growth in the Datacom/Telecom market, focusing on AI server, switch, and high‑speed interconnect applications. This role develops account strategies, promotes Molex solutions, and secures design‑wins through strong customer and cross‑functional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and design‑win targets.
  • Promote Molex connectivity solutions to Datacom/Telecom customers and influence key decision makers.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and management stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities; secure profitable design‑wins.
