The Manufacturing Engineering team will be part of Lam Manufacturing Malaysia Operations, reporting into Global Operations. This function will partner with the other Operations team in Malaysia such as Manufacturing, Quality, Order Fulfilment, and Logistics to deliver operations excellence, driving high quality, productivity, and cost-effective performance in the safest environment.

The impact you’ll make

In this position, as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead 24/7 manufacturing engineering sustaining operations to ensure stable production, robust test capability, and rapid issue resolution. You will manage a multi-shift team of Shift Manufacturing Engineers, Engineering Test Technicians (ETT), Test Fixture Technicians, and Supervisors. You will act as the primary escalation owner for manufacturing, test, and fixture issues while driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) performance.
