Purpose
Lead and manage manufacturing engineering with the objective of ensuring on time and successful delivery of the projects and provision of effective support to new business within TE operation and engineering plan and budget.

Planning and Budgeting
Develop and implement section budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget in order to achieve targeted department performance.
Policies and Procedures
