Job Description:

**Job Overview**

Lead Manufacturing Engineering to drive productivity, quality, and cost performance by overseeing NPD, process improvements, and capacity expansion while aligning with regional and plant strategies.

**Job Requirements**

+ Leading all Manufacturing activities for Thailand (Gateway) that related to NPD, Sustaining project, Capacity expansion, Process improvement, Quality improvement, Productivity improvement.
+ Work with all APAC functional leader and representative of Manufacturing Thailand.
+ Develop strategic plan and ensure manufacturing objectives are met regarding to EHS, Productivity, Headcount, Cycle time, Quality and Cost
