Summary :
The Manager of DSU and Sterile Processing is responsible for the management of a clinical nursing department. This person plans and organizes, the nursing unit and services.
Responsibilities:
1.Has responsibility for the scheduling of staff.
2.Is responsible for the development, implementation, revision, and reporting of Performance Improvement activities.
3.Responsible for the development and implementation of the departmental capital and operating budgets.
