Pay: $81,785 - $130,832 / year. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary: Manages the daily operations of medical coding, reimbursement, and compliance functions to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
