**Overall Job Summary**
At Tractor Supply, we’re building something big—and we’re looking for a marketing leader to help shape it. As our Manager of B2B Marketing, you’ll play a key role in launching and growing programs that connect us with our expanding Direct Sales customer base. This is an opportunity to build and scale our B2B marketing capabilities from the ground up, driving brand awareness, generating demand, and creating meaningful engagement with existing and new customers. You'll support Direct Sales efforts and you’ll also help design strategies and campaigns that fuel long-term growth across partnerships and new business opportunities.
