**OVERVIEW**

Meet customers' service requirements. Manage assigned service contract, time and material, and installation service accounts. Develop new/upgraded service business. Ensure the responsibilities of manpower utilization and customer satisfaction are handled in the most cost efficient manner in accordance with established budgets, policies, procedures and quality standards.
