**Description:**
You will be the **Mfg Support Team Member** for the **Manufacturing Support Team** . Our team is responsible for enabling smooth production flow, maintaining tool and skill readiness, and driving continuous shop‑floor improvement.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Mfg Support Team Member you will be responsible for partnering with engineers and supervisors to keep the line operating at peak efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Troubleshoot shop‑floor issues together with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and supervisory staff.
+ Maintain and update the employee skills matrix to ensure the right talent is aligned with the right tasks.
+ Conduct chemical cabinet audits, manage calibrated‑tool inventories, and enforce 6S best‑practice standards.
