Leads end-to-end connector manufacturing process development from raw materials through final assembly, serving as the overall process owner. Drives concept design, proofing, DOE, tooling development, and platformed manufacturing solutions while guiding teams toward optimal manufacturability and cost efficiency. Acts as technical leader and problem solver from low- to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring successful automation, on-time product launches, and stable production performance using quality and yield metrics.
