Responsibilities You will produce various types of heavy forgings occasionally exceeding 500 pounds using stock with a cross-sectional area of 28 square inches or more. You will produce forgings of all forgeable material, ferrous and non-ferrous, using power hammers, presses or hand tools, as needed. You will perform forging operations such as drawing; upsetting, bending, twisting, scoring, backing, rolling, beveling, and punching billets and ingots of metal.
