Responsibilities
Provide technical and process support to ensure smooth daily operations of the MES Application.
Execute service requests from IT functions, business users and key stakeholders.
Drive continual improvement in MES technical activities and support processes.
Test, document, implement and communicate change requests related to MES Applications and their environments.
