This role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with prospective and high-value merchants. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring merchants and partners receive excellent support while actively identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing high‑value merchants.
• Drive business development through merchant acquisition, cross‑selling, and upselling of the Company’s products and services.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of all Company products and services, demonstrate value‑add strategy and plan to merchants to ensure maximizing sales profit for the Company.
• Identify merchants’ needs and requirements and propose comprehensive Company product and service consultations and guide their decision‑making process.
