Position Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service

+ Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies

+ Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes

+ Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
