While “Rakuten Ichiba” is a marketplace-style business that provides a platform for merchants to sell their own products, “Rakuten Fashion” is a direct-to-consumer business in which Rakuten itself selects and sources brands and products, and handles everything from marketing and sales to shipping and customer support under one roof.

Our goal is to maximize the value and appeal of each brand and provide the best possible shopping experience for every customer.
