Mode Search is supporting a luxury brand in the search for a Merchandising Manager to lead inventory strategy, stock optimisation, and product performance across retail, wholesale and event channels. This role will sit at the centre of commercial operations, ensuring product availability is aligned with business demand while driving efficiencies through data-led merchandising and cross-functional collaboration.

The position is based in London with a full-time office-based set up, working Monday to Friday. The role sits within the wider Production function and reports directly to the Head of Production, partnering closely with Sales, Wholesale, Marketing, Logistics and Finance teams.
