- Source new suppliers and coordinate with factories and purchase orders smoothly
- Coordinate with individuals and various departments both inside and outside the organization (China)
- Source new suppliers and coordinate with factories for product manufacturing, procurement of raw materials, and purchase order issuance
- Summarize product purchase orders, coordinate production, and ensure timely delivery
- Collect, record, and store data using Word and Excel to generate reports for each department
- Prepare documents and gather necessary information for coordination between company departments and overseas partners
- Handle documentation for international procurement and coordinate with overseas partners (using Chinese)
- Prepare various reports for presentation to management and relevant departments
- Other tasks assigned by the director
