We are hiring an MEP Supervisor responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the hotel property. This role ensures that all systems function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with hospitality standards to provide uninterrupted guest comfort and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Systems
   • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
   • Ensure optimal temperature control in guest rooms and public areas.
   • Oversee boiler operations, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
2. Electrical Systems
   • Supervise electrical panels, generators, transformers, and UPS systems.
   • Ensure uninterrupted power supply and backup systems readiness.
   • Conduct load monitoring and energy optimization.
