MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Centers
Job Description
The MEP Superintendent oversees on-site management, coordination, and quality control of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, and fire protection systems on mission critical data center projects. This role works closely with project managers, field teams, trade partners, and clients to ensure all MEP systems are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project requirements, schedules, budgets, and performance expectations.
Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with preconstruction teams to review design documents and identify constructability, coordination, and sequencing issues early in the project lifecycle.

+ Participate in MEP coordination meetings and BIM model reviews to ensure accurate system layout and clash resolution.

+ Develop detailed MEP scopes of work, logistics plans, and manpower schedules that align with overall project milestones.
