Job Description

The complete governance, planning, execution, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the entire High Rise Luxurious Project

Project Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and own the comprehensive MEP execution plan aligned with the overall project master schedule.
  • Establish MEP milestones, resource histograms, procurement schedules, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
  • Lead MEP constructability reviews at design, procurement, and pre-construction stages.
  • Define the MEP phasing strategy to align with the project's luxury delivery standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct risk assessments for MEP scope and implement mitigation measures proactively.

    • Design Management & Technical Leadership

  • Review, evaluate, and approve MEP design drawings, specifications, and BOQs prepared by consultants.
