The MEP Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC maintenance services across large-scale infrastructure and operational facilities.

The role ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of critical building and infrastructure systems. This includes overseeing contractors, managing asset lifecycle strategies, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards within a high-availability, 24/7 operational environment.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of MEP and HVAC maintenance services across operational facilities and infrastructure.

• Ensure reliability and availability of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, and building infrastructure.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with asset lifecycle strategies.
