Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a **Behavioral Health Technician** to join our team of mission-driven healthcare professionals located on our Behavioral Health Unit located at **Johnson Memorial Hospital** l in **Stafford Springs CT** .

The Mental Health Worker / Behavioral Health Tech is key role to keep patients engaged in recovery oriented activities, help to communicate patient’s needs to the clinical team, to monitor patient safety and to work with the nursing professionals to create a healing environments for patients.

+ Performs patient observations and other patient care activities.
+ Observes patient behavior.
+ Performs, reports, and documents vital signs, ADLs.
