The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking dynamic candidates to fill the role of Mental Health Worker II at the Fenwood Inn. The Fenwood Inn is a 40-bed homeless shelter for individuals with mental illness. This position provides programmatic direct care services to clients, assists in the implementation of habilitative/rehabilitative, behavioral and recreational programs, performs client related housekeeping duties, maintains client related records, and provides leisure activities to clients. Mental Health Workers treat all residents of the Fenwood Inn with dignity and respect through interactions which affirm the individual’s needs and preferences and by optimally integrating their perspective into all facets of care. /*Please Note:*/ This position is 40 hours per week, 2nd shift (evening).
