About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Ohana Therapist to join our team in Monterey, CA! In this role, you’ll work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to provide high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering meaningful outcomes and continuous growth.
What You’ll Do

+ Provide mental health evaluations and deliver individual, family, and group therapy

+ Support children, adolescents, and families with evidence-based therapeutic approaches

+ Offer mental health education to clients, families, and occasionally the broader community

+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care

+ Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and quality improvement

+ Prioritize client safety and quality outcomes in all aspects of care
